Questions operators ask.
Do relocatable storage units need a building permit?
It depends on the county. Many treat relocatable units as equipment rather than buildings, but zoning, setbacks and fire access still apply. We check your jurisdiction's rules during site review.
Do they need a foundation?
No slab. Units set on compacted gravel, asphalt or concrete that is level and drains.
What is your delivery radius?
Freight is quoted per order. Send the site address and unit count and the quote covers delivery and placement.
Is financing available?
Ask on your quote. Because the units are equipment, buyers often finance or lease them the way they would equipment; your lender will know.
What is the warranty?
Warranty terms come from the manufacturer and are listed on the spec sheet sent with your quote.
What is the resale value?
Steel units can be picked up and resold, so they keep more value than a fixed building. Condition and the local market set the price.
Can a loaded unit be relocated?
Units move empty. Plan to clear a unit before it is picked up and reset.
