Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026.

This policy explains what Yates Development LLC and Yates Realty Inc. (“we”) collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • What you send us in a form: your first and last name, email, phone number and message, and for storage quotes, your company and order details.
  • What you tell us when you call or text us.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends with every request, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, kept in server logs for security.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and route it to the person who handles it.
  • To prepare quotes, proposals and follow-up about the property or product you asked about.
  • To keep the site secure, including spam and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores form submissions and attachments for us and screens forms for bots with Cloudflare Turnstile. Inquiry notifications are sent by email through Resend. These providers handle data only to provide their services to us.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and to keep a business record of the conversation, then delete them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you have sent us, call or text 704-232-7238 or write to us at 19900 W Catawba Ave, Ste 205, Cornelius, NC 28031.

Text messages and calls

If you call or text us, we use your number only to reply about your inquiry. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not share your number. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Security

Data travels to and from this site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and is stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send bank details, Social Security numbers or passwords through the site.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
