Accessibility

Last updated October 27, 2026.

Yates Development wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

  • Pages can be navigated by keyboard, with a skip link to the main content and visible focus outlines.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative animations are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animations and smooth scrolling turn off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Text and controls are designed for readable contrast and work at large zoom levels.

Known limits

Some interactive drawings and maps are visual by nature. Their content is also described in text, and the same information is available by phone.
